Have you ever looked up into the night sky and wondered what you are looking at? Come out to MAYO RIVER STATE PARK and explore the constellations, stars and planets! Volunteers from the Greensboro Astronomy Club (https://greensboroastronomyclub.org) will be on hand with telescopes to assist you on your journey through the wonders of the heavens. Meet in the field near the picnic shelter. Please use a red filter on any flashlights you bring.
